Frequently Asked Questions

  • You’ll immediately be sent an email with instructions on how to prep for your new template. Then we’ll send you an invitation through Squarespace to accept your new template. This invitation can take up to 24 hours.

    After you accept, and create a Squarespace account, the template will be in your dashboard. This includes a 6 month free trial of Squarespace so that you can take your time editing your template.

  • No. You do not need to setup a Squarespace account first. Once you complete your purchase, we’ll send you a contributor invite, and you’ll be prompted to either create a new Squarespace account or login to your existing one.

    • One purchase is for one website. If you plan to use the template for additional projects, you will be required to purchase an additional license.

    • Images ARE included in the template, and have been sourced as royalty free. You are welcome to use the images in the template and/or upload your own.

  • Please reach out to me BEFORE purchasing if you have any questions. Due to the digital nature of this product, all purchases are final.

  • This template is fully customizable! You can edit colors, fonts (even upload your own fonts) images, etc. You can also add, remove, and re-arrange the order of layouts and sections.

  • Yes! I provide a library of step by step tutorials for easy customization. I also provide 3 months post purchase of online support.

  • All of my Squarespace templates follow SEO-friendly best practices and are structured so that key Squarespace SEO tools, such as meta titles, descriptions, and image alt text fields, are easy to use.

  • This template is specifically for Squarespace Fluid Engine 7.1. It will not work for WordPress, Wix or any other platforms.

  • Yes!

  • To begin, you will receive a 6 month free trial of Squarespace. This is so you can take your time customizing your template. When you’re ready to launch your site, you will need to purchase a Squarespace subscription.
